Swasthya Yoga Workshop

On Thursday, May 28th..there will be Swasthya Yoga workshop at CF Saberro House with Chandra and her sister Rhena. The workshop will be 2 hours long, for the first 30 minutes Chandra will tell us all about Swasthya Yoga and how it expand in Brazil, then we can ask her questions. After that we're gonna do Swasthya Yoga for 1 hour and 20 minutes and the rest of the time Chandra and her sister will perform advanced Swasthya Yoga. So, remember it'll start at 6pm, please come early because it's gonna be full due to small yoga studio at CF Kemang. It's gonna be a blast folks! I have an information for those who has deep pockets, Chandra is available for PT, so you can have Chandra all by yourself (I mean in a good productive training way...lol!) who knows, someday you can become an instructor yourself.
